Some of them may be negative, and it is up to your team to handle them professionally. This way, the reputation of a firm is retained.

Web analytics will also show the progress made by this team. Part of the advertising includes use of short articles in blogs and social media platforms. An analysis can be done to know the number of people that conducted an online search for the company and read your posts. The more the online searches, the more awareness that has been created. You can use applications that will help keep count of these searches.

A survey can also be conducted to know how well the brand has been recognized. A team is selected, and the members go around interviewing people, especially those in the target group. Questionnaires can also be administered to the public. The main question posted should be on whether the people are aware of the existence of a company.
