Certain employees in firms are sometimes treated unfavorably due to their color, race or gender. There are possibilities of favoritism arising during appraisal or promotion. This can make a highly talented staff to get demoralized. In a factory such practices can lead to dissatisfaction among laborers resulting in noncooperation and strike. The production and the client will be affected due to this.

Employment is a process of making someone works in exchange for money. The companies in order to keep their people motivated introduced the concept of bonus and health insurance. Since this has become an industrial standard the client do not feel safe to give business to the firm that does not support this plan. There are other monetary benefits provided like the insurance that also safeguards their family.

A large organization should not be managed without set rules and regulations. There are policies for overtime that regulates the amount of time an employee is allowed to extend. A procedure on salary that ensures the staff gets the paycheck on time. There are other rules to safeguard the personal interest of an individual.

When compared from olden days to present days, living conditions have been changed drastically. Before, women irrespective of their skill and talent were not allowed to workplace or as support staff. However, generations gone by choice of employment has been equally offered to men and women. Every individual has the freedom to choose their profession.

The potential employees will be exchange during the hiring process. The certain recruit will be denied with compensation and benefits. The difference in the salary for the staffs that is qualified. Discrimination during leave requests for disable and pregnant people.

There are numerous professions which are providing choices with the talent of each candidates. Among them company Secretaries have been most popular and growing profession. Any individual who acquires knowledge may become board of directors in corporate structured Enterprises. Even public sector is looking for specific analyzers who can understand various business operations in domestic as well as international markets.
